I always thought Tanjiros slice would have done nothing, since in the anime you can see the flame affect completly dissipate. Which is becuase Tanjiros body is at its absolute limit

It's probably the biggest debate along the Hashira ranking in Demon Slayer. Tbh, people should decide for themselves whether they're real or not.

So it makes sense that she can also grow it.
This episode was wild with beast mode Kamado family🔥! Really liked the letter from Rengoku's dad (lol same last name), because we all know he is in a rough spot too. I think Nezuko changes her age as she changes her size or something, that's probably why she acts like a baby in the box, but grew oppai just now for the fight 🦵

This scene is like the modern day incarnation of the Trigun scene when the arm-gun guy rips through entire buildings and scores of people to get to Vash. The righteous fury coming from the most righteous human in the show is a different flavor entirely from the classic anime "rage mode"
Last episode Tengen said "starting now things are going to get flashy". Ain't that the truth! BTW the father's scar is different than the man that Daki saw in her memories (Tanjiro's dad's scar is more like Tanjiro's scar before it changed in final selection) and they said that Tanjiro's dad was frail in episode 1x19. In that same episode he also said that he "promised" someone to pass down the earrings and the Kagura dance so I think it's not him, probably an ancestor. Rewatch 1x19 for reference.
In the manga, tanjiro's fight is more detailed than in anime, and if he would've not stopped cutting her head he would have died in that second. He didn't have 1 extra second of breath so he needed to stop no matter what. Plus he would've died for other reasons too
Tanjiro's scar changed when he fought the giant morphed demon with all the arms. It punched him in the head, breaking the warding mask that Urokudaki made for him and changed his scar.
A little explanation as to why Tanjiro stopped short: humans have two limits. Their stamina limit, and their life limit. Tanjiro surpassed his stamina limit briefly due to the anger he felt, and was about to cross his life limit. If he had swung any further, he would've died.
The explanation of Nezuko having boobs all of a sudden has actually been explained since E1. Nezuko doesn't shrink and grow just in terms of size, she ages and de-ages as a part of her unique demon physiology. So the more mature Nezuko with the horn is more akin to an Adult/Young Adult Nezuko.

The mangaka clearly made them similar enough in design considering how many people think it may have been tanjiro's father, especially since that's a trope. It's not really shown definitively whether it could be him or not until s3.
The author of demon slayer wrote he thinks there are 2 thresholds one is stamina and the other is a death threshold tanjiro went way past his stamina threshold and was about to go over his death one and once you do that you die he couldn't have waited any longer because he was already not breathing for so long and was about to cross the death threshold and die if he was a second later.
NOT A SPOILER: The guy from the dream was not Tanjiro's dad, we've already seen him in flashbacks and he doesn't have the marks the person in Muzan's memories had
Daki had jumped when he grabbed her by the way. She was in the middle of the launch. Tanjiro was crazy strong and fast that one fight. Even she was surprised. She panicked so much it triggered the fear in muzan cells in her.
