Most of the tutorials ive seen shows only spots that they found or a fast speedover which i couldnt see well, ill try to finish the quest with your video i think its actually rll helpful :))
There's another spot at the very top where the helicopter pad is. If you swim in the water at the right side, you can possibly find another note, hope this helps!

I loved how you didn't just cut to where the notes were, you actually showed and explained where they were. (Idk how I missed it) I found another on the hills behind the buildings, and then three around the place where those little moving things go above the ocean! It helped when I reset my character, and joined a different server. I think there was a glitch and they weren’t showing up! I hope this helped :D

For once something that actually worked! I finally got this quest done after my 6th try and on my 4th and 5th try I used a map which only helps a tiny bit because some places were wrong and the birds eye view doesn’t really help with sense of direction

This was pretty helpful, stuck at 39, cause i can't find the one in the cave, but still, it's better then being stuck at 28 EDIT: I found it!!! i went looking again, and on the beach house i saw one, im really happy!!! after years of trying to do this, i've finally finished it!!
Alright I'm back lol I joined again and went looking in the cave for about an hour and I saw one on the edge inside the cave (I don't know how to explain it) it was really well hidden, I even took a screenshot and it's barely seeable- And then it told me to go to Albert so I think I got another one somewhere in the cave without noticing

This was pretty helpful, stuck at 39, cause i can't find the one in the cave, but still, it's better then being stuck at 28 EDIT: I found it!!! i went looking again, and on the beach house i saw one, im really happy!!! after years of trying to do this, i've finally finished it!!

I joined again and went looking in the cave for about an hour and I saw one on the edge inside the cave (I don't know how to explain it) it was really well hidden, I even took a screenshot and it's barely seeable-
And then it told me to go to Albert so I think I got another one somewhere in the cave without noticing
