Hi that looked like a very stressful ride, we have some signs that are just in our country for example at 9:39 the sign in the bottom means that pedestrians have the right of way even if they cross the stress (without zebra crossing) and you have the speedlimit is 20 km/h
I hate driving in brussels, first most drivers would drive on top of your car if they could, second scooters and bicycles are above the law apparently and third pedestrians didn't unlock the ability to read red light or detect pedestrian crossing
@@ladyAZforeveryoung It's also for safety reasons, cars cause the vast majority of urban deaths. Also, they decrease quality of life as kids cannot play freely anymore and older people and people with disabilities cannot move freely, as well as poorer people who cannot afford a car.

Yeah brussels is known to be "hell" for cars aka brussHell because they are trying so hard to get rid of them for "environnement reasons"
