I listened to this album on a loop while my wife was in labour with our eldest. Brings back a lot of memories.
You're name is not Tony Blair ?
The voice of John Peel.
That sends me back,
To my youth. And yet,
I watched, some great bands,
Because of you..
Introduced to us to so many Great Bands lots to thank him for not like the crap BBC Dj's we get today.
Brilliant... some folk don't get this band.. but I'm glad I do 😎🎵
"and my girlfriend's fuming" has made me laugh for 20+ years without getting any less funny
R.I.P. John!Rip it up Peelie. Gone too soon. Its been shit without you!
Never misses a beat. I so love HMHB. In my case I’m 62 and it’s a bad review! 😂
"You got me into Earthworm Jim." Not something I thought I'd ever hear Nigel Blackwell say to John Peel.

Egg sandwiches on coach trips in june?? I simply won`t be there.
Squid yes, not so octopus.
If they are buried near john it would be probably at least 200 metres away !
The distance is irrelevant compared with 23 years of wasted effort.
@@mikesummers-smith4091 I think the irony is "she wouldn't know" because she's dead, not because of the 200 meters.
Oh no! Bad review! What are we gonna do?
Don't ever come near Stroud.
"Yeah." -- the sound of a HMHB chad
"If I knew they were comming I'd of slashed me wrists" :D
Although if they've invited you around to see their new conservatory you really could've expected 'them' to be there......
They played at The Square in Harlow back in the 90's. A bloke I went to college with got tickets and went, and I didn't: he came in the next day, all pleased with himself. He gloated all day and really pissed me off. He was a proper little lefty and I made anti-immigration comments in front of him (that I didn't really mean) to make him angry. He was really offended and it took the wind right out of his sails.
I feel bad about it now. Sorry Kevin James, but you were being a c*nt.
Sorry!
