OH MY GOD! This whole episode was AMAZING! Also I love how they had them sing the very first song. That these 2 sang together as their battle song.
It was mind blowing I know!!
4 consecutive seasons upping each other, i still dont know how its possible, but symphogear comes each time slapping me with this great soundtracks, THE POWER OF NANA COMPELLS IT!!
third season was a great dip in writing and overall quality though

YuriOnEdge Carol’s plans weren’t great? Also Hibiki was treated like crap, having two coming up from the ashes scenes. Also Tsubasa’s relationship with her “father.” Was kinda thrown in there, when we could’ve been learning more about alchemy in this universe from carol. It was a shame it was put in the final fight.
So Maria's amalgam is a dragon.
And Tsubasa is the phoenix.
And you two are married now.

This season is both extremely good and wonderful fanservice. I love stuff like going back to that first duet song between Maria and Tsubasa. Using that for their big Amalgam fight with Millaarc was glorious. Few shows can have a season that both celebrates the past and doesn't sacrifice the present at the same time.
I still can't believe they used this song, this was amazing.

It's because Tsubasa is a phoenix. Therefore Maria is a dragon.

Besides, quite fitting when both the dragon and the phoenix are fire-related mythological creatures.

@@brankopetru2265 Getter Robo is made up of three machines, which can combine in three different ways to form Getters 1, 2, and 3.
Any change is preceded by the current lead pilot saying "Open Get!" and the machine coming apart. Its also used the same way our bat lady used it, to evade incoming attack at the main body.

YuriOnEdge “Highest Good” May refer to God or another higher power, or perhaps Tsubasa’s beliefs. Rose cross could refer Maria’s attack names. And the rose is often a symbol of romantic love, and the cross one of sacrifice and love.
Symphogear has a rather notorious history with Engrish. This isn't even remotely as good as classics such as "Determination to Fist" and that one """English""" conversation in season 1 that was so difficult to understand it needed to be subbed in both languages.
