Great Video! I have had a few carbs that were Bad like that full of crystalized fuel. Don't have a sonic cleaner I just soak in gas a day or two and clean out thoroughly always had good luck got quite a few running other people had given up on.
Cool. The ultrasonic cleaner really works nice on carbs. There are times though where you need to speed things up with some solvent or gas like you do though.
@@nybergsgarage Oh man, I just checked out the ski whiz. That looks right up my alley. I might have to look around for an old sled for a winter project!!!
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS old sleds are a blast I can tell you! if you want, you can check out videos of me riding my ski whiz (and a myriad of other vintage sleds) on my channel.
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS right on. I've seen some people mix diesel with ATF to help loosen the stuck engines but your air tool I've never seen. Good idea.

Thank you Joe. I have fixed a couple of the Chineese engines but I do not have video. The next time I work on one, I will try to put together a step by step video.
@@zachsalsgiver9389 Awesome! I contacted the person I sold mine to but they didn't reply. It's been 30 years so it's probably a rust pile at this point. Maybe if I'm lucky it will turn up.
Great stuff. I love what you did with the other ones Iv been thinking about it for years and didnt really think it would work out with a 110 but obviously it did. People usually stretch the wheelbase way too far and that would make them handle like a truck. Integrating the jackshaft with the swingarm is exactly what i would do. How do they handle as far as the steering any issues feeling weird since it was a trike?
It rides quite amazing actually. There is a little heaviness from side to side with the fat tires but only takes a few seconds to get the feel for it. It's my favorite trail bike to ride, like riding an old Cadillac down the trails. I took some riding video of it and I'll get that stuff on the channel soon. Let me know if you end up making one!
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS Cool I know what you mean about the heaviness i have an old super bronc and a custom bike i built both with fat tires. They are different for sure.
Let me know what you want me to do with the ATC. Should I restore this 3 wheeler or chop it in to a 2 wheeler trail bike like I did in this video.?th-cam.com/video/oFoAsYfeBA8/w-d-xo.html
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS restore it buddy! I love the spark plug - air hose idea, I am def going to try that next time. Your ultrasonic cleaner investment is the best, when I bought mine I have not looked back one day!

wish I could acquire one of those myself. nice work!
Thanks! Ya, they are getting really hard to find aren't they. I really lucked out on this one!
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS yup. I'll just have to be satisfied to ride my 1971 massey ski whiz out on the snow all winter.

Thanks dude, I'm gonna rebuild the engine this winter and restore the thing I think. I'll bring it to the show next year if I can round up some parts.

I had a blue 1983 Honda 110 30 years ago. I regret selling it. I think you should restore it.
