Obviously this man knows DOE intimately, but this video is not what I'd recommend to help me sell DOE to a manager, and letting me use valuable company resources (time) for a DOE study.
Fair enough. This video is an introduction to how to analyze DOE data as a part of a data analysis course and so is not an introduction to DOE in the broader sense that you are looking for.
