I'm 35 years old. I've been an engineer for 10 years, but have gotten interested in starting VO work in the past couple years. I'm so eager to get started and can barely contain my excitement. I've literally started losing sleep as I've started gearing up and getting ready to make a real effort to begin. I have space set up and my first mic and interface will be here on Saturday.
Thank you for your videos. They're helping a lot. And I love Mallory's energy and insights. Now I'm even more excited to start!
I've been on my knees asking God to help me. I'm 60+ with a huge public speaking acting singing background but back when you had to pack a bunch of snacks and water and coffee and run around doing auditions in line.
Had a Demo cassette then got a demo CD in a studio and mass produced them and sent them out....now I have raised my children and I'm scared of my future still working and being treated differently I think because of my age. Anyway I only have 80$ at the end of month so I have do everything slow. Glad you're helping people ....
If I can make an extra 300 wow. And I pray it would replace my job. Thank you for your videos.

Fast replies are really important on Fiverr and I've created several pre-written replies for a variety of situations so I can choose from them to reply almost immediately when I receive a message or order. That first impression at lightning speed helps you shine in the eyes of your Fiverr clients and prospects. I've been on the platform for years and I'm looking forward to Mallory's seminar. I did copy writing and character voice over 40 years ago.. The people I worked with were older and passed away now, so I have no contacts now. I would like to see if I could do this again.
I wish I was on time to catch Mallory's class, but even just hearing this testimony has been very informative and encouraging.

I can't even change my photo on my gig. It wouldn't accept my headshot from acting gigs, like this one you see on the left here, so I put a ghastly picture on...can't even figure out how to change it.

I just watched this video and part 1 and I am way late to the game. Can we still pay to watch the class? Or is that a foolish thing to ask? If I can't do anything now with this class, do you have an advice as to where I can go to get similar information? Sorry if I am being annoying. I just really want to be as informed as I can be, and your videos seem to give the best information. I would love to understand more about Fiver from the beginning.

Read in the comments about access to a learning portal/customer hub after signing up and paying for the fiverr course. Was there supposed to be a texted or an emailed link the portal? Because I bought the course+ and now I'm kinda lost.
When you say product do you mean demo?
I'm always curious when I here about fast turn arounds and think "How do you get an audiobook turned around in twelve hours"??? These people have learned the dark arts 🤪😂
What exactly is this course that Mallory offers. Is this just showing you how to set up your profile on Fiverr or does it give you advice on how to get work?

I’m curious. Do you (or others here in the comments) really use that little pop screen for your actual VO gigs? Or, is it just for its low profile in these videos? My pop screen (the basic flexible kind) is always obstructing my view.

good marketing for the class. lots of fake deals and a fake time limit so you feel urgency and like you're special and getting a discount. here's the truth. the discount is the not al price.
Do I recognise the voice actress for Revy in Black Lagoon? If she hasn't been in countless animes, she should sue the person who stole her voice!
