1. Plan what will be on the table and where to place main objects
2. Make space for necessary items like plates, cups and napkins
3. Gather items to build height with - boxes, crates, books, baskets, then secure together
4. Drape fabric over boxes
5. Gather, fold, and drape fabric to cover the base and make spots for items to be served or displayed
6. Add addition fabrics and structural items for texture
7. Place main items on the table - beverage dispenser, trays that will have food on them, large decorations
8. Add final touches
9. Enjoy your party ready table!

Hi! Awesome video! What can you I use to make the cardboard boxes stronger? I may want to put heavier items on top of the cardboard boxes/tiers? Thank you so much!
If you have heavier items, like say a beverage dispenser, you'll want to use something sturdier. I used cardboard boxes as an example, but wood crates, plastic tubs, acrylic boxes, milk crates, apple boxes, pretty much anything sturdy can be used and camouflaged.
I love how you break things down. It helps beginners and takes away some of the snxi. Thank you.

You can use a milk crate

I have always used boxes.. crates, roasting pans.. As long as it has those different levels..❤️❤️

I would never put a heavy drink.dispenser on a plastic anything especially one that.flimsy.. your asking for a peoblem....no begging.
