其實任何菜菜植物都有毒，不然你的肝是要做甚麼？
何況，現代吃的人工化學製食品，哪一項比自然毒還毒，而且一堆致癌化學還排不出體外 ?
問題是自然毒是吃少量還是短時間多量 ? 立即性還是慢性 ?
e.g. 檳榔會致癌，還是一推臺灣人吃 ? 問題是，加入甚麼在吃 ? 紅灰 黑灰 無顏六色的灰... 檳榔又做怎樣的前處理 ? 漂白、脆化 ...
我的太祖婆每三餐飯後，吃了自製的純白灰 + 自種的檳榔，食用到80歲夢裡作仙，也不是甚麼慢性疾病過世，你覺得呢 ?
