私が幼い頃、毎年、祖母の竹林でタケノコの芽を探すのが楽しくて、それを祖母と一緒に掘って、煮物にしてくれたのを思い出しました。今は祖母も亡くなり、家自体も無いですが。
いつも、懐かしくて、美味しそうな料理動画ありがとうございます。
