Thanks a lot, after I’ve replaced the Squib Spiral airbag component I did same on my Qashqai to reset the fault from ECU and it’s work without using the scanner. All the best
Brilliant, had the light come on when moving house so had been moving the seat about a lot to fit stuff in the back - checked the seat wiring and nothing seemed loose but the light persisted.. saved me paying a garage to do it! Hopefully it was just an intermittent fault and the light stays off now. Cheers!

@@naveedafridi5796 unfortunately it may come back but have a search on common faults as it could be as simple as a loose connection under your seat or it may need a garage 😬
My parents 12' Qashqai has the airbag warning light on too. I used a scanner and it didn't show any error codes so i will check the wiring under the seat. Hopefully it's an easy fix. The horn and all the buttons on the steering wheel work so it couldn't be a faulty clock spring.
@@scott-si1oe+ I wiggled and checked that all the wires are pushed in and then reset the warning light. My mother went to work with the car and the light didn't come on. Hopefully it stays like that.
