I note how small the head up display is here…the street lighting is very poor. Surely main high beam would be appropriate? Auto dip would accommodate any dazzle?

That's what I was thinking. I test drove the Yaris and the combustion engine, when it kicked in, was nowhere near as noisy as it is in this video.
