New launch Plum Vanilla Caramello body lotion If you have tried Plum's other body lotions/butters, you already know how amazing and strong they smell. You definitely will do 'aaaah' after taking a whiff BUT this is not the case with their new launch. The smell of this body lotion is very mild and it doesn't even resemble vanilla caramel fragrance. When you think of this combo, a deep sweet yummy kind of fragrance comes to your mind but this is exactly the opposite. It smells very light, kind of fresh vanilla with caramel notes sitting somewhere behind. It ain't dessert like or gourmand at all. If you tone down nivea body lotions' fragrance and add a bit vanilla to it, it'll smell the same. I am highly highly disappointed with the smell. Coming to the moisturization part, I find it quite nourishing. Unless you have very dry skin, this shouldn't be a problem even when used during colder months. You can smell the fragrance even after 2 hours if you sniff your hand closely. Never once was I disappointed with Plum's bodycare... this is the first time!!! Anyway, the price point is quite good considering the amount we get which is 400ml. If you haven't sniffed too many vanilla fragrances and are just looking for a good body lotion that smells good, you will like Vanilla Caramello. Just don't expect it to smell 'heavenly. Try the Plum vanilla vibes (with their Vanilla vibes body oil layered would be better). It has always gotten me compliments from metres away, it's so good!
