I have seen this video and acknowledge it Would also request to please understand you ever notice that when you exercise ie rotate right hand 12 times and left hand 8 times then does the one rotating higher times increases its length or has any farak?Or when you visit a beauty parlour you massage one chin 10 times and another 8 times ,does it make the difference? you can use Exfoliting gloves natural fibres or nylon, you can just use, Exfolition means removing dead skin cells, wheather you do it with gloves hands or use body wash and gloves both together, do what works for you, try exfoliating without body wash, if you are not seeing dead skin cells, than you can use body wash, it will make dead skin cells easier to remove you can use hands or gloves to rub with body wash or just use body wash rub and rinse and then rub body, as long as dead skin cells are coming out, whatever you do is ok
