wouldnt that mess up all the balancing though? imagine 1 hour and 15 minutes of being poisoned, getting thrown around, set on fire, and having zombies and skeletons wearing full protection 4 diamond armor with speed and strength while you get spammed with weakness and harming

I recently started playing Minecraft again after stopping at 1.9's release. So much has changed and it's getting harder to keep up so thank you for such a helpful video
@@BlueDiasDB But you get like a 30 s count down where you can drink milk before you start a raid... A new player can also accidentally drink a potion and get bad owmen as well
To me the ominous bottle is kinda random and weird as a bottle drop from the pillager… it would be more realistic and cool if the pillager captain dropped a particle upon death in which you have about 10 seconds to get out of the particle before you are infected with his bad omen. The particle can act like a lingering splash bottle effect in which will disappear in maybe a minute
@@hilike6507 I don’t fully get what you mean by this but based on what I understand, leaving something unpolished isn’t really great even if it’s just for aesthetic or detail.
I don't think it makes sense. I do like the idea of choosing whether you want a raid or not, but why a potion? Like "Oh no, you just killed the leader! Here, have this weird suspicious potion." Maybe it can be replaced with an "Illager Peace Treaty", where if you hold right click to rip it apart, then you will start the raid. But it puts a speck of lore about the trial chambers, since the ominous bottle comes from Illagers and it also effects the Trial Chambers, which could hint that the Trial Chambers were made by Illagers.
Honestly there’s so much potential though. Now there’s “ominous events” which raids and ominous trials are now. Who knows? Maybe they’ll rework zombie sieges and possibly even the nether reactor core. Idk I just think it’s really cool
I think even more enemy would have been a great addition to this update because although the breeze and bogged got added I it would have been cool to get more variety in mobs and maybe some new illiterate varients
What do the different levels of the ominous bottle do? I dont really like the change at all because it ruins the concept of an actual "raid" a raid is supposed to be something unexpected and tragic not expected and easy.

Honestly, I'm getting more and more comfortable with the changes. There is a lot to like in this update. The changes to villager trading and raid farms... eh end of an Era, but I get it. They made the game easy
Honestly I’m on the opinion that the villager nerfs and the breaking of absolutely broken auto farms are needed to balance the game. Hardcore pretty much isn’t hardcore anymore with a raid farm. You’ll never have to go underground again if you have an iron farm and villager trading hall. It makes the game WAY too easy. Why do you think there’s so much burnout?

I think that they should remove evokers from raids just all together. I miss whenever they were a cool mob exclusive to woodland mansions and you wanted to go there for totems. They should be replaced in raids by a reworked illusioner based of the dungeons version. Where instead of 4 doubles, there’s like 20 and one of them is the real one. The real one would also shoot fireworks, dealing massive damage. They’d only be in the final wave and would be a mini boss of sorts. They would drop the “totem of illusion” which when used, would turn you completely invisible and would have 4 doubles on your side (so they don’t mess up your view), and hostile mobs would try to attack them. They’d kinda work how current illusioner doubles work. What do you think about my idea? I’m going to put it in the feedback site soon!
Will this Add level of raid which was not there in past. Like in Java where you were able to increase raid Spawns based on The number of Pillager Captains to get Bad Omen I/II/III/IV/V ?
Im so happy that you can't summon in raids when you didn't want too now. Because It was so annoying and frustrating yo deal with. I even had to move my entire Villager trading hall to a completely different location because of the old way Bad Omiun worked before 1.21.
how do i get totems from the raids because i have done every level and its the same result for each one. There is only 3 rounds of pillagers, but no evokers. Can you please help?
Ok so according to the wiki, The Hero of the Village doesn't increase more than level 1 on bedrock so the levels of bad omen don't matter for that. The only thing is does on bedrock is add more waves to the raids. That's literally it. Bedrock got stiffed once again.
To me this is nice change I hate having to kill a Pillager with the Ominous Banner and Bad Omen comes I just drink a Milk to remove it since is annoying to go to a raid with just me
a question since we all know low end devices now can't have proper shaders Will they change this in new update that is coming? I mean in preview/beta there is option named (render dragon) something like that if you turn it on you can play with good shaders will they add this option in new update?(Original version)
@@ecko i googled it and it does ^^ The time that Trial Omen is in effect is 15 minutes multiplied by the level of bottle So Ominous 1 would get 15 Ominous 2 would get 30 Etc
Thank you soo much..we failed the raid and ominous trial so we were getting confused how it actually works...your video helped but about the raid..we did a raid yesterday but the raid bar suddenly disappeared after fighting soo many waves not knowing whther it got failed or victory can anyone explain pls what is the reason
Haha so regardless of raid level they still nerded the raids to you're only allowed ONE totem per raid?! Thats just sad and a bit more grindy. Personally ill sacrifice an entire village from an accidental raid for those extra tots lol
Don’t understand why mojang had to add any of these features I’m now starting to think this will be one of the worst updates in history. Hopefully it gets better or 1.22 must be better than 1.21.
It isn’t the final snapshot but it’s the last major feature. We’re probably going to get a new music disc like we do every update, and possibly some new trial chamber rooms and tweaks. Just in smaller snapshots.
Until they revert the old directional controls or fix the now broken experimental ones not much they do will matter to most mobile single player survival gamers. If i was a pvp player who used the joystick it would. I haven't been able to play without breaking my wrist or blocks in my world since 1.20.71
I imagine they will, they said this is the last “major” feature so they probably won’t add anything else massive. Now it’s going to be improvements and tweaks to the existing features. I am 100% sure ominous trials are going to be buffed, do not fret!
I kind of agree, would love the level of your Trial Omen to influence on the difficulty. Would make the Trial Chambers the first structure to be both for midgame and for lategame all together depending on your gear and desire for loot
@@cacovonluca hopefully it would influence the loot given out by the ominous trial spawners. Ex: Trial omen 1: 10% chance of ominous key Trial omen 2: 25% chance of ominous key Trial omen 3: 35% chance of ominous key Trial omen 4: 50% chance of ominous key Trial omen 5: 75% chance of ominous key
Interesting - are you on Normal or Hard? Although with the new mechanics - that should make no difference as "it is the Bad Omen effect level that specifically dictates the intensity and challenge level of raids in Minecraft".

Maybe you like using your intelligence to making a giant machine that makes you invincible, while maybe i like to explore my world and get stronger and stronger by myself So... Yeah, there's no reason to say "no" or "yes" to raid farms. Still, they were really OP
I've been searching this question - and in the Trial chamber - I think there is no difference between levels. The difference in levels is only useful when starting raids - where the difficulty and # of mobs increases with each level.

Instead, I think they (the bottles) should work like Bottles-O-Enchanting, where they are thrown on the ground rather then being drunk.

ive been farming the bottles for the last 3 hours seems like you have an equal chance of get level 1 as you are of getting level 5

I made raid farm and the game changed to potions. So after i complete the raid, i dont get no ominous bottle drop, DO RAIDS DROP OMINOUS BOTTLES?

I highly doubt they will it's unfortunate but not game breaking on mobile. Look on the bright side you won't have unnecessary lag

Levels don’t make a difference currently, but you certainly need netherite if you’re with multiple people

I find that nerfing the raid farms is a GOOD thing. Having 64 double-chests full of totems seems very unreasonable lol

Hey no problem, what platform? A raid shouldn’t just fail or end unless you were doing it for a very very long time

Nothing changes, I think that’ll be a feature later this year.

The number of waves are dependent on what level of difficulty you’re playing on. Easy is 3 waves, Medium is 5 waves, and Hard is 7 waves.
i drunk a bad omen V and did a raid and only got 3 levels as in there was only 3 rounds of the raid i only got up to the ravager
