I'm fucking pissed. They are playing in may in New York but the coronavirus is kind of fucking everything. I am a die hard maggot and I'm 16 and its gonna be my first time going to a slipknot concert hopefully. If Corey plays snuff, most likely not but maybe but I'm fucking gonna ball my eyes out.

Trust me. You'd both fit in fine at metal concerts. Us metalheads are much friendlier than you might think, doesn't matter how you look or what you're wearing.
That part. I dress like a golf playing Tommy Hilfiger. It's just my personal style. But when I talk to "one of the Goth dressers" about Amon Amarth or Death or first albums Opeth and Cradle...their eyes light up and go "He's one of US!!"
I was there I was only 13 at the time, and I got my front teeth knocked out! Lol

No matter the venue size they still bring a lot of energy and put on one hell of a show

This song at Download 2019 was class as well, and got me properly, so I’m seeing them in Brum on the 24th, cannot wait for the adrenaline rush they give me 😍😍

I have watch them from 2003 to 2018, they still bring the energy man, they are amazing.

The rotating drums was Tommy Lee from Motley Crue. A band from he 80's - 90's. It was pretty sick.

The spinning drum idea was from Tommy Lee of Motley Crue except his spun 360 degrees forward and back. In their last tour his drum set was on a rollercoaster like track going over the crowd

This is one of the most important parts in metal! Noone takes care of himself. Everyone takes care of each other in our family! We all are lost and found and we all speak that one language which is music. That's what unites us over the whole world!

I saw them in Dallas, Tx in September. They played a lot of older songs, and they WILL play spit it out and interact with the crowd. It was my 3rd time seeing them and they’ve done it every time lol

The band Amy suggested with the drummer wanting to turn on their drums could be Motley Crue. On their final tour back in 2015/2016 Tommy Lee had a rollercoaster for his drums and went spinning above the crowd

As far as the spinning drum set, Motley Crue from the '80s have been doing this for a while. You may be thinking of the movie "The Dirt" on Netflix. Tommy Lee spun his drum set completely upside down.

Yeah, I saw them live at Download 2004 and they were fantastic with the crowd. Funny how they were in the middle of the day then while Metallica headlined that night, considering Slipknot's headline slots on the festival over the years since.
Also, Amy's thinking of Motley Crue. Tommy Lee innovated the rotating drumkit back in the 80s.

8:08 that was Joey Jordison. Nathan Jonas Jordison. He had a MS so they replaced him back in 2013. Jay Weinberg took over back in 2014.
it was their 1st single and it was the demo. they tried rerecording it but it didnt have the energy of the demo. so thats what they used.

Love the song, love this show but it also makes me sad because not long after this Paul (bass player) died, RIP Paul. Also sadly the drummer Joey isn't there anymore either and as for the guy that went to the crowd he's name is Chris and was a percussionist but he's not in the band anymore because last year he filed a lawsuit against Corey (singer) and Shawn (the other percussionist that looks like a clown) for something to do with the money side of things

I saw them play this live in 1999 at Ozzfest. It was their first real hit, and by far the craziest pit I've ever been in! So long ago they threw cassette tape demos into the crowd 😂
