Unfortunate Nairobi water problems will never end because of the cartels that control Nairobi. They cartels own the water browser companies that sell this essential commodity and hence will continue to sabotage Nairobi Water network. This cartels include powerful and well established politicians, and unless Kenyans have the courage to elect good politicians then they will continue to suffer from lack of basic services like water, electricity, access roads..etc.i just visited Rwanda last year and the contrast between Kenya and Rwanda is like daylight and Night.Rwanda all the basic services are not only reliable but cheap. At times i think what Kenya needs is strong man like Paul Kagame that he may be dictatorial but uncorrupted and runs an efficient Gorvement that they citizens benefit from.No wonder Rwanda CPI(Corruption perceived index ) one of the lowest not just in Africa but in the world
I am watching people take credit for Uhuru's plan. In the 1st 100 days at NMS Badi sunk over 100 boreholes in slums that provide FREE water. The governor still thinks people in informal settlements pay for water.
Kenya kwisha are hypocrite, the want to run away with this water project while it's very clear this is Uhuru Kenyatta's progress which started in 2018. Kudos to Uhuru Kenyatta.
arab countries do that..boreholes and desalination.eg qatar whether is summer or winter there is always water drinkable water from taps.youll actually find qataris with taps outside the house if you get thirsty you can drink
