The metal community has a bit of a problem with taking itself seriously sometimes. Not saying its everyone or most people. But a good portion of people seem to think metal has to be super serious, super brutal, and you're not allowed to laugh or smile. And if you don't follow their same exact tastes and practices, you're "not metal" and honestly it is pathetic. Like I listen to some of the heaviest stuff out there. But I also like memes. And I also like electronic music and hip hop. I used to be obsessed with Dance Dance Revolution. I like Hello Kitty bubblegum body spray. The kinds of people who hate Stevie T would say I'm not metal even though I am METAL TIL DEATH! You're allowed to be weird and funny on the side. And you don't have to be a grim blasting unwashed pigs blood soaked meat head to be metal. Hell, I dress like a bubblegum popstar crossed with 80s glam metal. But people are narrow minded. None of this should matter. What matters is Stevie T is an awesome dude and a shred god.
Honestly neither has an amazing scream. It would sound better for either of them if they could get some better audio engineering. Jared Dines is also a great drummer. But you can really see the amount Stevie has put into his guitar playing.

The metal community has a bit of a problem with taking itself seriously sometimes. Not saying its everyone or most people. But a good portion of people seem to think metal has to be super serious, super brutal, and you're not allowed to laugh or smile. And if you don't follow their same exact tastes and practices, you're "not metal" and honestly it is pathetic. Like I listen to some of the heaviest stuff out there. But I also like memes. And I also like electronic music and hip hop. I used to be obsessed with Dance Dance Revolution. I like Hello Kitty bubblegum body spray. The kinds of people who hate Stevie T would say I'm not metal even though I am METAL TIL DEATH! You're allowed to be weird and funny on the side. And you don't have to be a grim blasting unwashed pigs blood soaked meat head to be metal. Hell, I dress like a bubblegum popstar crossed with 80s glam metal. But people are narrow minded.
None of this should matter. What matters is Stevie T is an awesome dude and a shred god.

Honestly neither has an amazing scream. It would sound better for either of them if they could get some better audio engineering. Jared Dines is also a great drummer. But you can really see the amount Stevie has put into his guitar playing.
