- Tattoo artists have seen it all. From clients who want their unmentionables tattooed in front of hundreds of strangers to folks hocking loogies out of their tracheotomy hole, people act like damn fools in the tattoo shop. These are some of the crazy client stories we’ve ever heard. Enjoy laughing your butts off at these tales but please, we beg of you, please don’t act like any of the clients mentioned in here.
Hopefully #13 is lucky for us here at Inked. We’ve rounded up all of your favorite tattooers for our 13th season of Tattoo Artists React. This season we’ll be discussing all of the most important tattoo-related topics-rude things people have said about their tattoos, some advice for people getting their first tattoo, tattoos they regret and more. I also happen in simillar situasion. so my uncle, was just my dad friends in the past. suddenly at chinese new year few years ago, we gathering on his home, I'm been told by her sister and my dad that he is my long lost uncle... I'm like "what???"
so turn out, my great-great-grandfather is have two sons, which one is my grandfather. so My close uncle turn out to be his brother lineage, WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW FOR A WHOLE TIME! turn out the only ones who know the whole lineage is my uncle from my grandmother sister (the other one of course my grandmother who died many years ago)
so suddenly my nephew & cousin is increased three-fold, which my dad whole family already HUGE (we talking like 4 tiers family photoshoot in someones wedding, also the only family that need to shoot with Medium Format camera) kinda happy, but at the same time I often lost who is who and what title is I should use... because is so huge now.... like we talking 50+ faces that I must remember, not including their sons/daughter/in-laws

I was at the AmJam convention upstate NY I think it was mid 90s, not 100% sure. We get to the hotel, bunch of tattoo fans, the Hells Angels and the Viet Nam Vets MC clubs plus a huge christian youth group mission or some such. There's these clean cut goody goody kids running around just stink eyeing the shit out of the tattoo crowd. It was surreal. We checked in with more beer than luggage. Had adjoining rooms so one bathtub was the beer cooler. We emptied practically every ice maker to fill the tub. Good times.

It is mostly associated with Vietnam soldiers. It affects the feet or toes. They were fighting in the jungles which is where someone would usually aquire it (my dad was in Vietnam). Hope this helps. 🙂
