It's like samsung devs have watch every one of these videos and turned off every single bypass for this issue. My port has been cleaned and dried to hell and it seems like just a cache issue now. They even removed the option to clear usb cache. It's like samsung want the crown for the most irritating buggy software. (or just people to fork over cash for unnecessary repairs).

You probably have a volume button stuck. It's an alternate way to boot in safe mode (while powering on) if your touch screen is an issue.
