To this day ive yet to see an ost match the vibe jesper kyd created for early ac, when i was in florence and rome, i could always hear this is the back of my mind haha
Glad you like it :) I'm planing on doing more Black Flag and Rogue videos in the future. But I'm not a fan of the recent RPG ones, so there won't be any videos on those
If only THIS Jesper Kyd made the ost for the newer games. Idk Valhalla's soundtrack just didn't hit despite it being Kyd. Maybe the whole Vikings location and time period sucked.
I think to some extend it's the historical period of the game which contributed to this phenomenal soundtrack. There wasn't really a game set in the Renaissance, so Jesper Kyd could create a new "feeling" and vibe for this era which no one really covered before, letting his creativity flow throughout the whole soundtrack. Which you can really feel, in my opinion. Every knows how the Viking era "should" sound due to numerous coverage of movies and games (Vikings, God of War, etc.). People grew acustom to how the wanted the vikings to sound like, leaving not much space for creative variety. At least that's what I think played a huge roll.
@@Pharyszinteresting, a good point. Now I want more AC games around this era / country WITH Jesper Kyd Soundtrack. I feel like the soundtrack and especially great ambiance music make a game so much better. It makes you want to come back. It’s like your favorite songs. You just can’t stop playing it.
Does anyone know if there's a track with a female whispers inside it? It's not the countryside track, but it can be heard in open spaces (a short example from gameplay is "creepy whispering in AC: brotherhood by László Csizmadia)
Under the video you referred to somebody mentioned that it is called Whispers in the Dark. You can find a video of it on YT :) Though i never found it anywhere where I get the soundtracks from.

I'll visit Italy in the future and I'd love to make a roadtrip to see all the cities of the Ezio trilogy aswell :)
me too. ac is a better simulator than anything. it was surreal visitng roma and firenze irl after playing the games.
Assassin creed is my favorite video game of all time
All these soundtracks are simply masterpieces. But it's 10:19 more than all that. Good luck my friend.
After all the work with the soundtracks it's Venezia, 1486 / Tour of Venice for me and Sanctuary of course. I love those two tracks so much :)
You really never stop missing with the AC ambient mixes man 💯
Thank you so much! :) You've been there early for the Ezio's Legacy video aswell, so I take that for a good sign :)
Im late but im here for the usual supporting algorithm comment ! thank you for your editing yet again=D
I can count on you every time! :) Thank you my friend :)
Thanks again for your work
And thank you for listening to it! :)
Эх... надо было в 2012м году видос снять, залил бы и щас кайфовал с народом.
Спасибо автору, как же приятно вспомнить прогулки по Риму

Glad you like it :)

Huh, I just realized that "Warm Welcome" has the same melody as Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Is this a common melody in Assassin's Creed?
