    I had a 2004 Navigator. Bought it new, drove for 10 years and put over 150k miles on it. Had only one issue in all that time. Air suspension sensor went bad so I had them all replaced. The car was very solid. I would get another in a heartbeat.

    I used to work at a Lincoln Dealer back in the '08 era and drove hundreds of these and other Lincolns. I loved driving these things, but something I did notice was a common problem on these and the older generations were the power running boards malfunctioning and the power folding mirrors malfunctioning. Seem to be a big common problem with those back when they weren't even that old. So I'm not surprised to see that the running board did what it did in the beginning of the video. Though it might have been a "timing out" thing, notice it worked fine after you started the truck. Oh yeah, and btw, there were more innovative technologies on cars back then than many people would think. My 2010 Lincoln MKS has adaptive cruise control and a self-park feature, as well as xenon headlights that move with the steering, and heated/cooled seats. This stuff has been around for a while now lol.

      MAN_ON_WHEELZ :I have a 2013 Navi and the running boards just need routine lubing and they will unstick. The 3rd row seats are not perforated because they are not heated and are not leather.

    • @DesmoProfundis
      @DesmoProfundis 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      On my second one as well. First was a black one with light interior that my wife was involved in a very bad accident with. The other car rear-ended her to the point that their headlights were part of their firewall.
      Our Navigator kept her safe and even though she had neck issues anyway, she didn't even have any pain after the crash. The Navigator still drove down the road with no issues and the lift gate still worked fine.
      Insurance totaled it out because the frame was slightly bent. Now we have a 2010 black with black interior. These are my favorite body style of all of them.

      Igniz The 2017 was $46,000, which is half the price of the 2018. The interior is basically the same except for the sync 3 system which is 10 times better than the original sync. The third row seats have a different button that is better, the gauges have the two little screens on each side which is pretty cool. The 2018 was just too expensive.

Nothing needs cleaned and the underside has been spray oiled since new and it only has 61k miles / 99k kms and it is here in Canada in the snow belt so it is an incredible find to have no rust. The owner avoided driving it in snow. I am taking in today to get new tires on it as they still are the ones that came with it new and have started to crack. Oh it needs a rear wiper motor and I happen to have a new one anyway out of my old expedition. That one you have there is in nice shape too. There is such a shortage of them these days that it would probably bring in more money now than it did then.

      Wrong i have a 2008 Acura TL type S. My car came with backup camera voice navigation in 7 different languages, Bluetooth USB satellite radio heated seats memory seats/ memory radio station for key fob. A Tpms sensors that lets you see the air pressure in all four tires live as you drive inside the dash. Even today most cars just throw a low pressure light when one of the tires need air. Leaving you to walk around the car to figure out which tire needs air. Not with my car it will show you which tire is low on air back in 2008. Car can understand 800 words and phrases for a example I can say find the nearest Chinese restaurant and the GPS will guide me to the nearest Chinese restaurant and provide the phone number to the restaurant or find the nearest police station or Carwash or Acura dealer etc. All this was standard for the TL Type S. The RL is the Flagship of the brand I'm pretty sure that does a lot more then my TL and this was back in 08. 07 had the same features
