@16:43 you said rate of symbol transmission is less than the rate of hop is it correct ?
Yes. That's why you have to multiply RHS with n to make them equal. Rs is frequency of symbol and Rh is frequency of hopping. Since symbol stays same frequency for 2 step (duration) its changing over time is less then frequency. If i couldn't explain myself clearly, please let me know where you are stuck.
