So glad you are able to harvest. Mine have refused to grow past a foot high and are being viciously attacked by ants. Dont know if it contains any kind of sugar. Still hoping a few would fruit.

Why not use a pesticide to control ants ?

What will u recommend as garden eggs companion plants to plant together cos there ain't enough info about garden eggs on the internet so thanks for sharing your experiences

Thanks for the question. I’m putting together a “seed to harvest” video for growing the garden egg and will address this. In the meantime, I have two of the garden eggs growing with herbs, peppers and okra and they seem happy together

Garden eggs are tomato relatives so they can suffer from soil nematodes. In that case it would be recommended to plant marigolds (Tagetes) as companions.

There are flowers on my plants but they are not turning to fruit? Idk why. Are they heavy feeders cos I'm only feeding them manure and compost pls any tips will help .😊

You are good. Just be patient. However if you have a higher phosphorus plant food, you can use
