Hi Cle, i read again and i see that the ID an d PW must be be in order to transfer. In my case. The PW is what i am searching for as i never log out. Then i had a disappearing act of fb and yahoo and could not remember the PW. Fb came back, yahoo no. Very well said and good gesture on your part.

Hi, I'm watching and listening to your video because I'm currently locked out of my yahoo email account. That has been the case since June 2019. The source of this problem was and still is the yahoo auto-sign in-app which I (mistakenly) uploaded to my Alcatel one touch, Pixi 3 phone as an easier way to access my email account. A huge mistake it turned out to be especially when I decided to delete it to free up some memory on my phone. Even since that time, I keep getting the 8 digit code message when I try to access my account. I intend to give your advice a try and see if I can get access to my yahoo email account that way. I hope it will work but in the meantime, can you tell if it is possible for me to remove the phone sign-in thing if I manage to access my account again? I think that will help to solve this frustrating problem. ok my issue is that any page that comes from yahoo wont load. AT ALL. I get a network connection error when everything is connected just fine. I am using my phone and chromebook. All i want to do is contact yahoo support so they can just allow me to log in with my "unsecure" devices. BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SUPPORT. Am so peeved.....
How stupid is this ,make a video about what to do if you have problem with log in on your Yahoo acoount, but then in video skip the step where you have to log in into your Yahoo mail in order to connect both accounts (and also say that you think is one more step but forgot to show it here). @Sandra Williams mine solved too. Yahoo doesn't allow two yahoo emails to be open on one computer simultaneously. Just to sign out, will allow you to sign in another yahoo email. I discovered it accidentally.

@@kayla2582 man, I had to use premium customer service and pay 15 dollars, but they did help, they made it to where I can use my password again and I use outlook as my secondary. I think that's the only way, hope I helped.
