Notes:
NHL 3.5 use in areas with decent weather.
Use a ratio of 5:2. 5 sand to 2 lime (binder) not too wet mix.
NHL 5 use in exposed areas.
Use a ratio of 3:2:2. 3 sharp sand, 2 building sand and 2 lime for a strong mix not too wet.
