JL's Batsuit is not bad but I just prefer the look of the BvS cowl. The JL cowl is so similar but somehow all the little curves look wrong. The way the ears point and the curve doesn't follow the side of the head straight. The edge that goes from the ears to the eyebrows being curved and the inside area between the ears being smoother... It all makes the cowl look wrong. When I see BvS's cowl I think Dark Knight Returns. When I see JL's cowl I think Watchmen's Owlman.
That suit was perfect for the movies it was made for. I also loved how we saw the suit being made and evolving in the Nolan trilogy. It looked mean and tough and practical but still protected only up to a realistic level.

I like the idea of a more armored version of the same suit without going full on power armor like the one he used against Superman. The BVS suit is the normal night patrol suit while the more armored JL one feels like a more dangerous situation suit. Put the BVS cowl on the JL suit and it would be perfect.

You should eventually try a Telltale Batsuit. I think the season 2 suit would look great on you but I could see you going with the prototype suit from season 1 if you saved Alfred in episode 4

Yeah, but I garantee 95 percent of people watching this video and 99 percent of people who meet him at cons don't notice or care. Only on build groups and among, like, deep cut cosplay groups do people really care or notice. To most people, even fans of the character, it's just a Batman suit. Just like most people don't care or can't tell the difference at first glance between a CosplaySky or a WSL Cap suit.. or the different Cap helmets. Or different Star Lord kits/helmets. IF you're passionate and a fan you can see those, and you can see the flaws, but 99 percent of people don't and don't care. And yet, that sort of shit is what drives us, cosplayers, absolutely nuts. Because while everyone else sees the costume as a whole with fresh eyes, all you see is the glaring flaws.

Plus did join email you updates. The reason is I've messaged join a few times on Facebook and not got any reply back. I'm more of a Marvel geek than a DC geek, so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way, but the brow line on the cowl looks a lot like Michael Keaton's brow line. I don't know, maybe I'm the only one who thinks so.

Man, one thing that's always pissed me off about Batman is that he ever made a cowl that stops you from being able to move your head properly. They put so much effort into establishing how much thought he's put into the process of becoming Batman and yet he didn't consider head turning. They even talk about it in the Nolan series, when he upgrades his suit and Lucius says something like 'oh you wanna be able to move your head'. Yea idiots how did you not think of that the first time.
