Harer City was briefly occupied and built by the Turkish Ottoman Empire. I know it for fact because I was born and raised three until the age of 18. I am now visiting Turkeyie from North America. Kulubi Gabriel was built by Emperor Haileselasie because of God's fulfilled promise in helping out troops defeated the Turkish Occupation in Harer City, hence defeated their ill intent to occupy our country.
