Educational high quality content coming SOON!
xoxo Anton in Japan
Anton, hi from Moldova @Morudoba cara conichiwa. I like Japan.
I can't wait to always watch your videos!! Those people that had the Chiba house had so many treasures. It's sad their family didn't come for any. I hope you can regain some disposal money from the auction..!!🙌🍶
I loved to find these little things like you found in the container on japanese flea markets. So maybe you can make a flea market for foreign tourists in Tokyo as a community meeting 😁😂
I’m so glad it’s not me making the decisions on what to keep and what to pass on.
The whole package in the shed is overwhelming.
Good luck my freind.. so much to look at
Cheers🌸🌸
Terracotta pots....they are fab
Pro tip - wear a long sleeve white shirt for exploring places with possible bugs and spiders (white makes them easy to see when they get on you). I even go as far as using a rubber band around my sleeves/gloves and pants legs. That you don't get bit is amazing, IMO.
Also, why not buy a used truck given how often you do waste disposal?
harden up princess
It’s full of ticks in Japan 🤮
Im always so happy if i see a new video uploaded. Please never stop making these videos. Thank you ❤❤❤
Nice to see you back anton ❤
nice to see you here Pamela Gordon san
@ANTONINJAPAN thank you love your videos
Can’t wait to see the garden restoration.
A video of the pokemon collection and auction result would have been amazing
Your video brightened the day! This property has enough stuff for 5 families. How did they collect all that? Why did they leave it all behind? In this episode, I especially liked the cups with lids. So much treasure...
Hoarder passed away would be my guess and it's 30K (dollars!) or more to go through it and throw it all out. If it's not burnable, the price per KG is outrageous. Now, if it were my place, I would drag in an old shipping container and put the stuff there - then slowly over the next few years give it away/find homes for it/etc. But he has a business to run, so I understand.
edit - old shipping containers in Japan are almost free as well - the major expense is getting it hauled to your site ( and the place being large enough for one to discreetly fit in the corner )
Please open an antique pop-up :))
Terracotta pots!❤
Maybe u should start a online store with stuff that u don’t want but u can sell I’d buy some of ur treasures ❤
Antón you work so hard to make those houses beautiful. And you have found some treasures there. Keep up the good work. I Love to watch your videos ❤
Hey Anton, I might have an idea to make a bit cheaper the garbage disposal.
I used to live in a farm in southern chile and what we used to do to get rid of the things that can be composted. Like wood or cardboard, paper.
We used to use a wood chipper to chip everything down and then bury it like 2 to 3 meters down constantly putting pressure on in with the small excavator.
Layers of carboard and newspaper covered with wood chips are great for weed suppression.
Grymt inspirerande. Ser fram emot varje avsnitt! Japan står högst upp på min bucketlist att besöka.
Have you considered buying a wood chipper that you could use to reduce wooden construction materials and damaged furniture in to sawdust. It would reduce the volume considerably and possibly converted into mulch or dirt
if only i could get my hands on those beautiful geisha style dolls :D good work though :D
OIMG, I wished I was there to get some stuff that I would love to have like Japanese dolls...they don't make them like that anymore. Anyhow thank you for this vedio can't wait see the finish but I know it's long ways to go altho you'll do great...praying for good weather!!!!!
it's really a pity trashing all this good items. i would love to see some of them remaining in the house, like the pottery, sake bottles and the log statue
They are not thrown away! Will find a home for these beautys soon 🙏
I hope you consider setting up online store ( find someone else to run it, of course) with all these treasures. I keep thinking, somebody would love this!!
I saw that snippet at the end that looks like you're cutting open the safe. I am very interested to see what you find.
I love to see more of the things rather than the process tbh.
So where the auction for stuff will took place? I couldn't find any links in the description
Give us some time please! There are too many cool, beautiful and valuable things to deal with at once
The drone shots show a lot of stuff inside the house & shed! It is hard work to sort them out, some to keep while the rest to be disposed. But it is the work that must be done before renovation work can begin. Good luck with your project!
Can you make a little research on the family which used to live there… why they left everything untouched, and so on…
@@stuka78 content coming!
Hey Anton, nice video. But since the last one I can't stop thinking about this: given that you have so, so much green space, can't you rent a small bulldozer, remove the soil, put the trash there and fill it again? Wouldn't it be much cheaper? Obviously not filling it with plastic, batteries and so, but with all the wood, ceramic, cardboard and glass.
I love the Japanese dolls
For me as a German, most things, if not 90% of them, seem like expensive treasures. xD
Are garage sales (or something similar) a thing in Japan?
The previous owner had a hoarding issue, at least neatly stored!
Is it possible to meet you and tour some of the places you're working on when I come in December to Japan? I have been looking into finding an Akiya to renovate to eventually move to Japan, and you are doing a great job with your renovations.
I am working on an Akiya community to be announced soon! Are you signed up for my newsletter?
The trash removal prices 😮 Also, biceps 💪🏽
those manga looked like the complete works of dragonball, i hope they get donated not tossed, but hey just my nerd coming through on otherwise fascinating adventuring watching you go through this property
love to have the dolls
You definitely need the help of some antique expert, thrift shop owner, … all of these cannot be handled this way
You are doing great!
I left Japan in March 2022, just as Covid travel restrictions were being lifted. I had to remove everything from my rented Japanese house where I’d lived for over a decade. I couldn’t sell or give my stuff away as there were no foreigners moving to Japan yet, nor could I find an international removalist who would even quote for sending any of my stuff home. I had to pay a company to come and remove all my stuff and trash it. It was heartbreaking. It was such a terrible waste. I hope you can find someone who has the time and inclination to take these treasures, clean them up and sell them at markets particularly frequented by tourists or even sell them online to foreign buyers.
Hey Anton, trying to find a link to the Auctions but can't seem to find it, I subscribed to your newsletter after your previous video but perhaps I was too late to get the link to the auctions?
Youre still early! Buying houses, renovating houses, making videos is what I am decent at and not making the auction in time 🤭
Bro is going to have a multi-year-long patio sale to get rid of all of that...
was gonna say of course youtuber doesnt encounter a single bug, but there a huge spider @06:32 he reaches past it and of course it doesnt attack. TH-camrs live in another reality
One day I'll stay at this house...A new long-term goal
Akiya & DIY Community coming soon!
Wait…. 20k to dispose all the stuff inside the shed????? 😮😮 oh but in yen! still expensive, but selling stuff will make up for it !
Dude! at exactly 6:14 while opening a door a big spider fell right next to his hand 🫣🫣🫣
Japan has tons of nice akiya, why did you buy this one?
Location, size, price, potential!
We are 60 minutes outside of Tokyo by the beach
Can you separate the wood and burn it when cold ?
Did you already auction the Pokémon cards?
Not yet!
@@ANTONINJAPAN I would love to bid on them!
@@ANTONINJAPAN I live on Kauai Island
What Auction site do you use?
14:55 6 or 7 ghosts left?! Wow, Kevin must be a really good exorcist!
Did ya find any snakes and more spiders living in there?? Lol
I am just curious about who was the owner of this house and how his/her lifestyle was?
How much are you keeping in total
Oh yea, Anton has uploaded again!
ganbarimasu! thank you for watching
Wow
Jobba på hej o hå😂😂😂❤
Out of curiosity, do you still model?
Ever csme across some good audiophile stuff ?
Garden pits most look like terracotta
I feel for you I’m also an invest.
Trash looks like treasure.
If you sell everything you find in the house, you will recoup its value :)
nice pewds. 😅 bro fist 👊
I am pewdiepie, if he was Swedish and living in Japan
hold a damn second did i just see doraemon manga in 8.45 there is no way
All terra cotta, ceramics, and glass that are broken or can't be reused or sold can be broken and used for aggregate in place of gravel no need to pay to dispose of.
"I think we found it... the One Piece."
you need to start a burn barrel.
It's easier to buy old small truck and go by yourself for trash company. Not paying "taxi" for garbage...
Congrats your purchased a fulll time ebay job 😂😂😂
why not just burn off the wood?
first
you are number one! omedetou
Hoppas att du vet att pokimoon kort kan säljas för tio tusentals kronor ta all till en poki trade store o be dom gå över korten du kan sitta på en guldgruva :)
The hat is 😅
You wouldbe better off buying a truck, desposing of all the junk, then resell the truck
thats not how it works in japan
