Visiting 3 Theme Parks over the Memorial Day weekend

This week I visited 3 theme parks over the Memorial Day weekend. My first stop was the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. I rode the Giant Dipper and the carousel, saw the Dream Wheel open and even got to see the testing of the other new ride, Surge. I then went to Gilroy Gardens to see how the crowds were, had a Memorial Day lunch at the pavilion and even took a ride on the Quick Silver Express. I concluded my weekend theme park visits with California's Great America. How were the lines at Flight Deck and Patriot? Find out as I took a walk around the park to see how the crowds were and even gave an update from what's happening around the park.

I was at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk last month! Luckily, I got the ring inside the clown’s mouth during my second carousel ride!

Do you know if their still closing CGA?

I have not heard of anything, but they have been updating parts of the park and they wouldn’t put money into something that will close. So I am hope the park will stay open.

Today, Monday, Boardwalk is open until 9pm, Gilroy Gardens at 6pm and Great America 9pm.
