I have made this bread before with several different recipes that are out there, but yours is by far the best! Moist and delicious, and no dreaded cinnamon separation! I did spread melted butter before sprinkling the cinnamon sugar mixture, and I sprayed lightly with water, worked perfectly! Thank you!!

I call this bread Easter Bread! I baked 3 loaves for Easter Sunday I ate the last slice today- yummy... I add raisins and fresh orange rind which gives the bread another layer of flavour ... Delicious! ♥
Great recipe….I converted the recipe for use in my ankarsrum mixer since it gives a more tender crumb than my KitchenAid…and added raisins. I’ll be making this recipe weekly from here on out.

Ooohhh...love the idea to use this as french toast! Reminds me of a french toast we had at a resort where they had white icing on the top of the cinnamon bread, then used it to dip in the egg mixture...it was so rich and so delicious! I will always bake at least two loaves of any yeast bread! It simply takes no more time to make two or more at the same time. Then you have extra to share or to save/freeze for later!
