Personally, I feel that it’s a good idea to shorten it if that makes it a big big difference for wearability. Very much like a watch.... one can have a poor fitting Rolex which is just too loose and maybe a Casio which fits perfectly... somehow the wearer will love the Casio and feel “closer” to it more than the Rolex. My one pet peeve about chain bracelets came from a few times I’ve worn chain bracelets with the extra length dangling (how does one describe the dangling pieces?) and the extra chains got stuck in between some grid or zippers.... or the spaces between the keyboard when I’m typing... or between the chairs of the bus stop or the chair of the ski lifts.... yup, I’ve got stuck in many stupid ways before and some of it in panicking moments 😂😂😂 🚠 🚡🎿 🚌 ⌨️ and some really embarrassing moments 🤣 When you get your future necklace or another future bracelet to make a 2-in-1, you will know how to adjust where appropriate to make it work. Yes you get the links back :) They remove it evenly throughout the bracelet depending on the links removed. They remove up to 3cms max (from the total of 19cms).

And yes, they do give you the links and you can get them put back in although you will probably have to pay if past 90 days. But I agree it will be worth it to get the perfect fit. Oh Wow. This is great info. I've never bought VCA on line but important to check for looseness in store. Not re VCA but Where is the serial number on the JUC? It never occurred to me to even look for it farless check for matching.
I don’t have any of the nice stores near me. Maybe it’s a good thing for my wallet! 🤣 The serial number should be near the nailhead but on the pointy end. I always check just to be sure and glad I did for the piece they got wrong. I have heard of people only realizing it’s the wrong number when they are about to resell. Thanks for watching! 😘😘😘
I found out recently that with most stones they will only replace all of them at once to keep uniformity in the motif shades. It will be extremely hard for them to find a mother of pearl motif that matches the rest exactly. But call customer service and ask. They are super helpful and friendly. 🥰🥰🥰

Can I ask what your wrist measures and how many you took out? Trying to figure out if I should do 2 links(4 circles) or 4(8 circles). I like how 4 links makes it more even but don’t want it to be too tight. 🤔🤔🤔
@@kklvoescc Sure, I would love to help you! I do have a 14.5 cm wrist on my dominant hand and a Love in size 16 for reference (tight fit). I took 4 links (8 hoops) out for it to be even. It is now 17 cms and I feel I could have taken out 2 more links to 16 cm, but not shorter. However I do love the way it sits on my arm (about 1/3 down of my under arm). I feel the 2,5 cm up from my wrist size is a loose fit (but not too loose, it is the fit on most VCA pictures on their site). I would not go too tight as it is hard to put the bracelet on yourself. Hope this helps!!
