A adult Christmas is sedate and calm. You drink some coffee. You have something to eat. You open presents and thank the person who gave them to you. You enjoy the time you spend together peacefully. With kids, Christmas is completely different. It's loud and raucous. It's crazy. The presents are torn open excitedly. You wait to eat breakfast. I was not a loud or rambunctious child, but I confess I used to open my gifts under the tree before Christmas, and then re-tape it so well that nobody was the wiser.🤭 😂 On Christmas morning, I'd re-open them in front of everyone and pretend I was surprised.
I prefer the former myself. I don't have kids and am glad, because I don't like loud noises and chaos. lol
It's so funny when can see there were many people in the kitchen preparing dishes together. I can feel the warmth.
I am hoping both Sarah and Kyuho can celebrate Christmas in Canada every year. It’s so nice and heart warming to see you all spending Christmas together as a family. And oh my goodness the Christmas dinner and roast beef! 🤤🤤 Can Sarah’s mum share the recipe for it?

Oh the memories. I so miss my mum's turkey dinners ...and the roast beef ones...so yummy! Being from England, she always had yorkshire pudding with it as well. (Now l'm hungry). I am happy that y’all got to spend Christmas in Canada, all cozy and comfy with Sarah’s family. I actually cried for happy just watching it all. And, I cried a bit because I miss my kitty, Sparrow, who died in June. But I can always count on Kyuho to cheer me right back up with his wonderful laugh! So happy for you that you were able to be with your family this year. I'm guessing you're in Dartmouth, I'm in Rockingham closer to Halifax. You seem to have had more snow than we did.
