I was at this show. The best way to close out summer. An INCREDIBLE performance by all the bands. The 80s. THE BEST OF TIMES.................Never to return again.
Never ever to return. So glad I lived in this era! Just saw them in Vegas at Planet Hollywood in May. Rudy and Matthias still masters, Klaus had back surgery and was still out there giving it his all! I could tell he was in some pain, wasn't moving too well.
I’ll always love Uli Roth. Incredible player. But for the direction the Scorpions went, Matthias Jabs is definitely the man for the job. Incredible and tasty player in his own right.
Streets we call the Zoo by the Scorpions is my favourite track of all time l saw them play it as an encore at Manchester Apollo in 1982 lt was brilliant xxx
You don't even find great rock bands like this anymore. I saw the Scorpions in 1988 at the Monsters Of Rock Concert in New Jersey at the old Giant Stadium with Kingdom Come, Dokken, Metallica and Van Halen..Great Concert ! 🎸😎
THERE ARE MORE TOPLESS AND FULLY NAKED WOMEN AT A SCORPIONS CONCERT-- FACT !! THE MUSIC IS THE BEST AND THE VIEWS AND SIGHTS ARE EQUALLY IMPRESSIVE--- HELL YEAH --- GOT THAT RIGHT !!!
Come on make a more strenght guys.....row....row....row the boat as quick ....do not let scrop alone....there we are guys just a bit distance 2 arrive! Come on
@@BobHarley no it’s in Eb but the 6th string is on E standard and in the middle you can hear him tune it down to Eb and then tune it back to E standard
2:55 - 4:29 🎸➕👄=🔌🎤📻🔊 That was amazing and fabulous. How did he do it? And What is that type of microphone called to make electric guitar sound with the mouth?
Sorry, I won't believe that Scorpions played a single concert to dead audience in mid 80s. This is raw soundboard recording without any audience microphones, that's why they seem to be quiet.
This song will live forever. Absolutely outstanding

I have been a Scorpions since 1980 seen them 6 times and twice in on day 300 miles apart. Don't get much better than that
This is my favorite song among all others - all bands included.
Just the best song that this great band has ever done. My best for my country men.🎶
I must agree, close to still loving you
Have you heard the UNBREAKABLE album ?

Matthias jabs is a cutie and an excellent guitarist. Always rock on the scorpions.
Yep I’m back again and just loving the pure joy they get from performing ,Fuckin Awesome guys ,true artists,🤟🧙♀️🍷
My first concert, 1984 Calgary- Bon Jovi opened
. The Scorps killed it- they have been around longer than the Stones. Thus endeth the lesson.
Three of the best guitarists in history played in this band...need to be in the rock and roll hall of fame.
Fenomenal performance
Bands nowadays don't have this much energy .

was not expecting it to sound like this.. came here to learn and now i dont know what to do
It’s tuned a half step down btw
Schenker's palm muting a bit too much and his guitar is slightly out of tune

That was amazing and fabulous. How did he do it? And
What is that type of microphone called to make electric guitar sound with the mouth?
He's using a talk box
A Talk box is a tube that runs to a seperate amp. This has also been done By Peter Frampton,Joe Walsh,Jeff Beck and others. Its a cool effect.

Maybe in your next video you might remember there's a drummer involved, dopes.
what is the line up????

Rudolf Schenker - Rhythm Guitar

Wow what a lively audience 🙄
Whats wrong with a lively audience ?
@@WarinTbone
I was being sarcastic. They were practically comatose
The audio is probably taken directly from the soundboard. hence the silent audience
I can't tell - I never heard or saw them.
And that's not their fault, but because of the recording.
