Hi! lovely video! I would recommend you to by a split end machine. Its really easy to use at home and it would be great taht you wont have to shorten your hair length!

Little tip for split ends!! I used to have your length of hair and I started not cutting but trimming my split ends every month and it will grow faster! But don’t let it be longer than a month because then your split ends will grow which then you’ll have to trim more of your hair

yes i do this weakly
1. Hair day is Monday i use hair oil previous night, put a henna or spa mask. Put a herbal shampoo and conditioner.
2. Tuesday i do facial. I always do ctm with serum and lip balms. But on Tuesday i apply face mask and scrub. I also floss my teeth this day.
3. On thurday i do padecure and manicure at home. I dip my leg in warm water and rose petal and bath salts. And do nails.
4. On Friday i do bath routine. I apply clay mask on body. Dry brush. Apply body wash before having a hot bath. Once a month i get sugar wax. Also i use oil on damp skin.
And also satuday... enjoy a date night with my long term partner.

Everything is great except the face shaving. If you begin to do that, NEVER stop. Because when u take off the hair (facial or body) it grow back more later. I wouldnt shave it because some skins are sensitive and if you dont clean every day and night your skin you have a good% to have buttons because of bacteria etc... You skin is less protected when you have no hair.
