The Triangle on top of the Opel Blitz is called an Anhängerdreieck. It was used on various vehicles to indicate if the vehicle was towing a trailer. Up for towing, down for not towing.

The panther was a good tank, once it was refined. But it had a Myriad of mechanical issues early in is production.
