2hrs into the game and when it starts raining and you are walking in the puddles in the streets it literally looks like real life! This game is just pure gorgeous
lol.... i had preordered this game and played first 2 chapters out of excitement on the day of release.. i had a very important exam 3 days ago so i didnt play the game at all for 2 straight months..today is 22 dec and i finally played the third chapter late at night lights off...and i really felt like its raining outside and i felt like i am the one running around in mud.... i was blown away.... just finished the third chapter... i am so glad i have 13 more chapters infront of me
@@C0ded-0110 lol i have a 1660 and during that fire sequence at the end of the first chapter i was only getting 25 even tho i am getting 45 during normal game sections.....(high graphics...my pc might get on fire on ultra graphics lol ) my fans are on heavy duty lol
I only watched 24 minutes to not spoil myself too much but it was already so intense, stressful, intriguing, ominous. That was one of the best introduction in gaming, amazing storytelling right there. Can't wait for my copy
I love Amicia's conflict with the violence of her actions, sometimes borderline a panic attack and others almost enjoying the killing of those after her family Feels gruesome af
The ambient breathing when jogging and just moving is an interesting choice for this game. I like it. I don't think I've encountered it like this in a game before. I didn't play the first one (though it's on my list). Such a beautiful game though. I really want to play this series now.
Amicia's internal conflict on outright killing people has intensified. It feels as though she is ready to burn the whole world if it meant Hugo will be safe. And only Lucas is the one keeping her in check.

10 minutes in and it already seems like a masterpiece, but then the whispering during stealth is so aggravating, huge flaw imho. So f***ing loud that they would get caught so fast so it breaks the immersion; and its unnecessary, the girl and the kid both know they just need to stay hidden and get to where they're trying to go just shut up and do it, she could point to a door or wherever or use hand gestures if she needs to instruct the kid further about the plan
I thought amicia was never going to bathe or change clothes from the first game, but she did!! I mean she spent like more than a month in that ruined castle holed up with rats… she never had to eat or bathe. She did sleep tho.
It's a shame you're not showing us the information for the flowers like you did with the previous game. But as always, thank you so much for all your walkthroughs!
I really want to like this game, I really do. But - it has a lot of logical flaws that in my opinion marginalize the visuals and and the gameplay. The story however is beyond any doubt one of the best so far. - Amicia is all tough and agile, but cannot open (important) doors alone. - The path is always (!) blocked - takes away a lot of the fun of the gameplay. You literaly follow your nose. - Guards can't handle a spear; in fact they run around with a ton of spears, while the obvious way of using it, was not to throw it. It's a last resort. You would keep it in both hands and keep your enemies at bay. - The rats do not like the light. In fact they perish if they come to close to a light cone. Well, seems there's plenty of fire places, torches, ember - hell, even street lights! They would have had a lot of trouble getting near those people. - Speaking of the light: up to this point, even the guards figured out that fire keeps the rats at a distance. So, ...you could place some fireplaces around a town and keep them lit from dusk till dawn. Just saying. - the alchemy part is almost exclusively used for combat - could have been so much better, if it was also a solution for unlocking story pathways, puzzle solving, and npc interaction ...and the list goes on.
I tried the first game for free on game pass but it's a real chore to play so i'll just watch it here instead, this should've been a movie instead of a game

I like how Amicia is a done and through with this crap PTSD ridden walking madlad. Considering what they survived the previous game, it makes sense and it would be interesting if how you deal with the scenarios influence the ending! A merciless Amicia or a repented Amicia.
Can you explore the environments in this game instead of just running away from the AI just to escape from them as i like to free roam around as well. It feels like that where missing out looking around to appreciate the visual's

The game looks good. The game seemed to play well and has a good story. But that constant whispering while you’re in the middle of a mission, it’s just damn the knowing. If that girl‘s not whispering and inner monologueng, and she’s whispering constantly through her companion with her. But the inner whispering is really distracting when you’re trying to do a stealth mission and focus. I don’t know why they thought that was a great creative decision but they did. Is that level of annoyance and immersion breaking that would keep me from purchasing this game. if it’s on Game Pass, perhaps I’ll try it.

One thing I like about the Plague Tale is the accuracy on the relationship between the older sister and the younger brother, I mean spot on.
