In any case it wouldn't work in Ottawa, just not enough wind there, a typical wind turbine needs 8 mph wind regardless of size to even turn, during the windiest part of the year Ottawa only sees 5 mph of wind.

For FYI: Power inverter is exactly what it sounds like: It takes the square positive only wave form of direct current and converts part of it into a negative wave form (kinda like a sine wave) that is AC or alternating current. How it does this is complicated, but in simple terms it takes every other positive pulse and turns it into a negative pulse. It can also go ac to DC doing a similar thing. This is the basics.

Another idea: take the rug from your living room and tie it from the back of your car. Take some socks from your hamper and tie those to the back of your car. Take a charging cable and tie that to the socks and the rug and plug into your phone. Now drive. Every time the socks and rug hit each other while towing them, the static electricity will charge your phone. This will surely work.

On Amazon that primus wind power Air-40 is only $800. Plus $300 for the turbine controller and another $350 for that inverter. Although you can expect to pay about a grand for a quality inverter. These are designed to be used along with solar panels. This way you can still generate power even at night or on cloudy days.

If the inverter has a grounding connector just put a ground wire on it and connected to a pole stuck in the ground simple
The Power that this Windmill generates in a month is not even enough to charge my Bluetooth-Speaker.
Well if it charged a 12v battery in 4 1/2 hours (figure a 500 amp battery) 500x12= 6000 wats ÷4.5=1,333 wats. Average household plugin is 110 volt so 1,333÷110=12 amp 12 amp at 110 volt is enough to run about 90% of common appliances in a house. Not an electrician, but I understand how it works. So simple answer it would charge a Tesla (slightly slower than a wall outlet) but would have no problem charging a bluetooth speaker

Windmill didn’t do anything. You basically powered everything just using the battery with the converter. The battery already had power itself. No way to tell is the wind will was actually charging the battery.
He charged the battery using the windmill. If you notice at +11.41 you can see the input of the inverter.

Seriously though, just found your channel, pretty interesting stuff. I've had hit and miss experiences with wish. Bought a $350 holographic sight for a rifle of mine and it worked well... for like 200 rounds. Then I had to adjust it nearly every magazine.

The fan idea is not gonna work, there is no free energy the fan would increase drag and since no system is 100% efficient it would be a net loss.
Recouping energy when braking does work, they already use it though its not heat, they are breaking the car with the electric motors using them as generators.

Crazy Coleslaw yeah I live next to the biggest offshore wind farm in the world and my power provider is 100% renewable .... so I’m pretty sure my power comes from the wind :p
Depends on where you live, Ottawa isn't a good place for a wind farm, as the windiest part of the year only gets 5 mph which is unable to spin a turbine efficiently, whereas Idaho gets an average of 20 mph in many areas which is almost perfect for a wind turbine, only thing better is offshore as the wind speed is even higher thanks to ocean currents and the rapid changes in air temperature at sea level.
The power inverter turns the 12volts generated by the windmill into 110 volts which is what comes out the sockets in America
