The Outcast was awesome, but how can anyone not want a Talion after watching that!!! That front flip super save with the Outcast was epic! Those high speed jumps and brutal bash on the construction side sure is a reminder of the greatness of the might TALION STALION!!!

Layout is the same as in the past 30 years...then when they see the chassis bends they add brace after brace....the Revo got no braces..have you ever seen one bent or broken? Sure it got its weakpoints, every model got Traxxas never got broken chassis. :)
That's some crazy air/bashing. This truck is a tank. I have the Kraton 8S and the Outcast 8s. And I must say, the Outcast is more fun, faster and durable than the Kraton. But it's probably not the best idea going through water that deep. It is waterproof, but not enough to be submerged.

The suspension is really bad for jumps. they don't hold up to light to moderate bashing, wouldn't take one jump this high without breaking. I know because I owned one. The only Traxxas that would is the Maxx or Xmaxx.
@@based_will The X-Maxx and the Slash take literally EVERYTHING. The Slash when you bulletproof it was the first indestructable car. The overstretching of the shocks on the Revo is solved with some limiting straps and the pushrods can be upgraded. Other than that look how high Kevin Talbot sent the Revo 2.0 Also see some videos how fragile the Arrmas really are. Brake in 1000 parts on 30cm jumps. RC Dude or Duberbash (I think it was Dude) bashed the 1/5 scale Arrma and literally everything was bent and broken. Sure, he sent it in an extrem fashion but look what Kev does with the X-Maxx and it holds up fine.
I could care less about seeing him own/run an E-Revo 2.0. I am happy to see what he puts out there,be happy with what you see,his Arrma stuff is Awesome. If you "need" to see an E-Revo video,Search & I'm sure you will find one.
I was running stock shock set up here. I have since went to M2C delrin pistons with stock 40wt oil. The piston holes in the M2C piston are larger for better oil flow. I have had sucess also going 30-35 weight in stock shocks.
I see that on the ESC tuning options, the BEC can run at 8.4 volts. Is that safe for the stock S905 servo? I looked at the specs of it online and its max voltage rating is 7.2 volts at around 550 ounce-in of torque. I have a Kraton 8s and decided to run the BEC at 8.4 volts and it completely changed the way the servo handles (in a good way). I just don't know if that servo is capable of consistently handling the increased voltage.

Still running stock blx system in the Talion with a 20 tooth pinion. System just rips in it! I'm also running the Hobbywing heatsink on the motor to help with motor temps.

did u change shock oil thickness after m2c shock shaft？😁and it can handle 25t pinion？ did it heat up？
Stock 40wt. oil with the M2C kit. Temps were still good with the 25 tooth. It's been cooler outside so that helped!😎👊

Yes it's all electrics. Motor, ESC and servo. Using 8s Lipo battery power.

It will have a shorter life with 8.4..Best thing to do is get the optional 1/5 servo tray and go beefcake servo.

I did 3/16 brass tube and 4 holes total. Just make sure they are offset of the seam.👊
