Crye Precision AVS plate carrier or Oakley CPC. 5. Blackhawk Terrain Boots. 6. Any Assault Rifles such as M4/M4A1, FN SCAR-L or FN SCAR-H, Machine Guns such as M249 SAW or FN M240B, Marksman rifles such as MK14 EBR and Sniper Rifles like M40 bolt-action.
People will not appreciate the depth you went to in order to achieve a genuine look. Other than the old digicam pattern, the legacy stuff always looks so much better. I have that exact same old ass surefire on my rifle albeit with about a 1500 lumen upgrade - it looks so much clunkier and badass over the new models they have today.
Tbf the MW2 ranger concept isn’t far off from what Rangers in regiment were wearing at the time in Afghanistan irl, if you look at pictures of men like Mat Best and that era of ranger, that’s a perfect example of where MW2 got its inspiration for the Ranger character models.
There's one picture somewhere online of an Army Ranger around 2008-09 and the kit is pretty much 1-1 to what they're wearing in the original MW2, Infinity Ward did their research

Two things I know. 1 you don’t have zip cuffs, so you’ll have a hard time wrangling your first dependa. 2 your weapon has a light and a laser which means your ADS speed is decent, but you’re sacrificing velocity. Gonna need to put on a barrel to help with that.
