2:18 How does "Dabi" know Shoto's whole name, without out shoto seeing "Dabi" a day in his life. Something tells me that Dabi is in fact Toya Todoroki. Dabi first appeared in the aftermath of hero killer stain, so he couldn't have possibly seen him in the USJ attack.
When you see someone you have never met in your entire life(or in this case in a long time), wouldn't you be suspicious if they came up to and said you full name? Exactly.
