Details of Pia's activities before the day of the Ms. U pageant wasn't that exposed. She's not that famous unlike Catriona. People's support to Pia before was not that strong compared to Cat. So see, Pia won in spite of the lackness of exposure in the mediaworld and lackness of support. And her winning, I think, gave courage and confidence to those Pinay queens who represented Philippines for Ms.U after her reign. But when he copied Pia, he probably got so depress, after spending too much make up just trying to contour the nose! Plus Cat Car can't decide if she is Fierce or Cute! She is also too Hyper and Fake. Pia walks like a queen. Cat Cat is like foreign tourist who went to El Nido for the first time and the locals like her simply because she is white.
