Thanks so much for watching and for the comment. Lumion is pricey, especially compared to the other, can’t lie. I would say it’s worth the investment as the time saved using it pays for itself over time. 😃
I hate it too 😫 but in my experience I’ve not found a better way, the easiest approach though would be to turn off your roof/ceiling in your modelling programme and load that into Lumion so nothing is in your way. Keeping the light fixtures floating in mid air you can see and place lights from above quite quickly 👌🏼
Anything coming out in the next couple years regarding Lumion and ai? Like if you were to import your sketchup into Lumion, then ai and prompting would take over with Lumion? That has to be coming and when it does I'm sure you'll be all over it. Every day now I see these guys who claim to be architects and or designers who post these incredible architectural designed images. Super hyper realistic modern architectural masterpieces, but theres one big problem. They're only images, not 3Ds. Imagine if ai took over sketchup modeling and rendering software like Lumion. What are your thoughts? Will this ever happen?

honestly, the amount of time my team and I save due to the super easy interface and controls of Lumion., it's well worth the cost.

Hi thanks for the comment, I have no idea to be honest, but Lumion do have a product road map on their site, maybe give that a look and see.

Lumion subscriptions are way to expensive. Unreal Engine can do the same thing, and it's free...
