How can I import my character body and face modification to any of my troop units in the army. I really hate to have elves from a mod unit with sturgian or khuzait faces is so not suitable not matched at all to the immersion or much easier can you create a mod for bannerlord like it is DCC or character reload and banner editor to make the chance for us to use it more easier and to have these results of our choice in ?
@@bannerlab180 hey bro any chance when you get some time you could do one on adding a lord and clan in. some reason my old mod i made adding lords isn't working cant seem to see anything standing out why it wont load. even tried just copying and paste a regular in game lord still crash.

@@bannerlab180 we imported the weapon model and textures. now we need to understand where to register our weapons. how to create a prefab and assign it an id. well, or explain to me in your own words what to do next.

Hi, when changing the equipment rosters it seems my new rosters are only added to the pool of possible rosters, rather than replacing the default ones. So the game shows both the default rosters and the new rosters I would like. If you understand what I mean do you have any tips? I don't know how to get rid of the default rosters and only keep my new ones.
hello, yeah I understood what you mean, its frustrating that devs changed the settings, before we can completely override a troop but now their equipment just mixed my workaround is I copy/paste the whole troop tree, change their ID or adding suffix example(imperial_recruit_v2) and then create a whole new troop tree with it as my overhaul troop, next is I'll copy the spculture.xml and change the basic_troop="imperial_recruit_v2" in this way, the original imperial recruit and the imperial recruit_v2 both exist in the game but the imperial_recruit_v2 is the one that is recruitable on villages
If you want to change the basic troops that could be recruited on settlements, look inside SandboxCore/ModuleData/Cultures.xml and you’ll see there’s a basic troop there for every culture. Create your own mod folder like how I did in this video, same methods but you’ll be copying the Culture.xml, I’ll add a video about it in the future
