Windsor Hotel sale closely watched by housing advocates in Winnipeg

Advocates claim an illegal eviction in Winnipeg was underway as the result of the sale of the Windsor Hotel, but the man selling the hotel claims no one is currently getting kicked out. Morgan Modjeski reports.

Who exactly told this "advocate" they had 7 days to vacate? Could this person pass a basic mental competency test like knowing what day of the week it is or does this "advocate" take the rambling of a hardcore drug user and pass them along?
