Under Italian law you can be considered resident abroad if you live abroad for more than 183 days. Since my income is produced by clients all over the world, wouldn't I be taxed in the Philippines? I don't need to pay taxes also in Italy if I am fiscal resident in the Philippines? Thanks and happy new year!
