The stock market rally run is gone, but I'm not sure if equities will swiftly recover, keep falling or swing in a narrow range for a few weeks, or if things will quickly get worse. I'm under pressure to increase my $250k reserve

It's more challenging to create a strong financial portfolio, so I advise you to get help from a professional. You can then receive strategies that are specifically suited to your long-term objectives and financial aspirations.

Quite true! You don't necessarily need to be a flawless investor; all you need to do is seek advice from an expert. I began investing in 2016 and pulled a profit of roughly $900k that same year despite having no prior investment knowledge.

@@Igorstravinsky788 How does one go about finding a resourceful FA? I like the idea of using their services, but it's unfortunate that stock market disasters have recently become routine.

@@AnthonyHart34 I've avoided all of the problems that the volatile market brings. Nowadays, the best way to enter the market is to read, research, be patient, and seek advice when necessary. Because I am unable to manage my portfolio due to my line of work, I simply imitate the moves of. Ruth Loralann Brennan, a CFA, whom I watched on Bloomberg Business News. Everything has been simple since then.

@@Igorstravinsky788 Ruth appears to be very knowledgeable. I discovered her online profile and read through her resume, educational background, and qualifications, which were all very impressive. She is a fiduciary, which means she will act in my best interests. So I scheduled a session with her.

Pretty sure markets sometimes flatten or rise during recessions historically they don't always fall and Australia is well placed to attract investment from overseas during commodity cycle.

Why do you persist with Dawes.
His track record on the Switzer report has been terrible ,or is that the game with a retail investors audience.

Dawes most likely gets paid by those companies to promote their businesses

With interest rates on the rise money will flow out of equities. Everything got inflated during the zero interest era but now the piper has to be paid. The s&p 500 is still sitting on a very inflated price to earnings. The market will chop sideways with a downward bias.
