I've watched at least 8 videos about the Wotancraft Pilot bags, and yours is the ONLY one that told me what I needed to know as a potential purchaser. I'm now confident that the 7L will work for me. Thank you!
Thanks for the review. I’m not really a fan of sling bags. I gravitate to smaller backpacks. But, I do love their wrest straps with the peak design anchors. They are really well made leather straps.
I have the 10Liter & 3.5 Liter Pilot bags. The Wotancraft Trooper is also a nice bag. My favourite bag that I have had for several years, is the Ryker. It is a high quality (ie. EXPENSIVE) leather bag. It is by far, the nicest bag that I own. Unfortunately, Wotancraft no longer manufactures this bag.
Great Video definitely buying this bag that magnetic clip looks like it would be super clutch for wedding shoots, could you add links for your other two bag expansions and the Molle clips you used with them Thanks 🙏

Regarding the statement about money not changing hands…it’s meant to make a distinction between a video like this where I’m free to say whatever I want VS getting paid to do an ad for the company where I’m given strict guidelines on what I can and can’t say. Wotoncraft had zero input and didn’t get to preview the video before it went live. I hope that clears some things up!
@@MattYamamoto100 You even mentioned the details of the straplock and extra protection on the sides when closing the bag. That info is certainly worth the extra length of the video for me as a bagnerd ;) But I'm more attracted to the full leather Rider series.....Mark Galer did a good review on one!
may be itys my fault for believing in too much in youtubers ..but peak design sling is shit , yeah it has better build quality ..but it does not have any space inside ..it very uncomformatble to put in and out a camera with zoom lens attached

A 3.5L with two pouches on the side looks like a perfect setup for one body, two lenses, one flash, and a magsphere!

I used to not be a fan of slings either, but I find them much faster to use in fast-paced environments.

Nice video. Do you think the Pilot 7L one can fit a 13" laptop (adjusting the laptop divider accordingly)?
I wish I could tell you 100%, but I don’t have a 13”. My 16” MacBook won’t fit….but I think a 13” would. Don’t hold me to that though! 😊
