I love the way you explain everything so clearly in your tutorials. You make it easy to follow your instructions. I've tried following videos by some other people but yours are the absolute best. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with us. I watch everything you do and cant wait for the next video to come out.
This rainbow balloon arch is a great design if you don't want to use helium and you don't want to use a frame. I show you step by step how to make the arch, which is completely air-filled and self-supporting. Let me know in the comments what you think of this tutorial as your comments help me to decide what type of tutorials to make in the future. Take care everyone, Melanie
Hi. I love this video, I followed step by step but for some reason my arch will not stand up, the top falls. Can you advise me where I've gone wrong please.
Hi Michelle. It's critical that the sizing of the balloons is absolutely consistent, so the balloons need to be sized to the same size otherwise the arch won't stand up. See if you can spot any of the linky balloons or 5-inch balloons that are under or over-inflated. You can also only use a maximum of 11 linky balloons in the chain, otherwise the same thing happens. Hope this helps. Melanie
I have a question I’m hoping you can answer. Someone wants me to make a balloon arch for them that will last for two days for a pre-k program that will be done on a Thursday and a Friday. If I just use regular air in the balloons, will they hold up for the two days? This will be my first arch. 😬😬
Hi Laura. Great to hear from you. This is a great question. Is your arch for an indoor or outdoor event? The style of arch I demonstrate in this video is for indoor use only? Air-filled arches should last longer than helium filled arches as air molecules are larger than helium molecules and so it takes longer for air to pass through the latex than it does helium. As a general comment, an air filled arch should last a couple of days indoors, quite possibly a lot longer, but without knowing more about your event and the environment/conditions, I cannot say for sure. Sorry, I don't know what a pre-k program is. If you've not done an arch before, I would recommend you build one at home as a practice run as you'll learn so much from doing so and it will boost your confidence. I hope this helps. Take care, Melanie
@@BalloonArtworks thank you so much for replying. It is an indoor event, basically a pre-school graduation. Thank you so much!! It will actually be like a half arch or garland type item. Do you recommend a video to show me that? Thank you so much!!

Hi Yolond, you're very welcome. I'm so glad this is useful to you. Take care and thanks for your comment. Melanie
Me encanta como luce, los globos bipolo que uso están muy bonitos y hacen que el arco se vea precioso! 👏👏👏😍😍
Hola Gabriela. Muchísimas gracias. ¿Cómo estás? Me alegro que te guste este diseño. Saludos, Melanie
Is this arch for a 6ft long table or 8ft loan table? I love it! ❤
Hi. Glad you like this design. It works well for a 6ft table. If you use it on an 8ft table, the arch will be lower.
Wow Wow que hermoso te quedo 👍🏼saludos
Hola Claudia, muchas gracias ☺
Hello I really like that design
Hi Hannah. Thank you very much. I'm really glad you like this 🌈

@@BalloonArtworks thank you Melanie. I will give it a look over now. Many thanks Michele
You're very welcome. You may also find that moving the bases closer together or further apart helps. Take care, Melanie
Can you please do a video on sand weight please
I'll add it to my list ☺

What type of balloons did you use?
You can use any type of linking balloon for this, such as Quick Links or Link-O-Loon.
:)
